I have always been very vocal about mental health. I believe that now during this holiday season which should be a little bit more mindful energy into ourselves and others. By that I mean pay attention to how you and the others around you are acting and feeling. A gratitude practice is great, but today I started a positive practice.

Tune in to hear how you can create your own and why if the person behind you in the check out line is huffing and puffing you should just let them go ahead of you. If the person driving behind, you are on your tail move over and just let them go. They may be battling something and that little gesture could really make their day. A smile, the holding of a door. Just the smallest little things make such a difference.

You never know what anyone is going through behind closed doors so let’s just bring more kindness and positivity into this holiday season. I think we all could use it…

The last few weeks have been extremely eye opening for me. They have also solidified something that I have had on my mind for several years. I have been mentally, physically, and emotionally drained, and now I have the answers as to why.

I’ll tell you when the Universe and your body sends you the signs, it is for a reason, and you need to pay attention. If you have tuned in to the last few episodes, then you will understand. Let’s just say I was not paying attention or listening at all. However, now I am at full attention and feeling ready about what is to come.

A lot has happened to me regarding my health this month and today I am sharing it all and how it led to me making this big life decision.
